This was supposed to be Lady Gaga, but turned into a glittery OC instead. Guess you can say it was inspired by her?

I like the almost crazed look she has here, and the sharpness of the lines actually frame her face better than if you'd soft-colored or shaded them. It's really lovely. I'm drawn to the way you do lips, since, well, I don't do them that solidly myself. I can't say they're kissable or too pursed, but they don't look evil either. I think it has to do with the angle. I wonder if she'd been looking forward, if she'd be pouting. You have a very simple light source here, really draws attention well to WHERE you want it!

Really cool how you did this, it almost looks kind of vector-ish. I like how the final look came out and I could totally see Gaga with this much sparkle
